Introductory Course – 1 Day

Prerequisite: None. This is a one day course that stands alone.

A hands-on, practical course using the Health Kinesiology Allergy Tap Techniques from Dr. Scott’s best-selling book of the same name. You will learn how to muscle-test, and use very simple, quick, acupressure techniques to correct energy-allergies and stress for your friends and family. An ideal addition to your household first aid kit, or your therapeutic practice.

Introduction to the HK System – 4 days

Prerequisite: As a teacher, I recommend you complete the Cure your own allergies (1 day course) before taking HK 1. HK 1 is a rigorous, intense course made more student-friendly through completion of the 1 day course prior to taking HK1.

This workshop presents the basic principles and procedures used in every HK session, including grounding in the basics of Chinese medicine. It is designed both for experienced Kinesiologists and for newcomers to Kinesiology. Some of the most enthusiastic students of this course have been people who have already had several years of experience using various other styles of Kinesiology! This course includes all of the basic muscle–testing and energy skills needed to use HK with yourself and others. It offers a balanced combination of lecture / demonstration and hands-on practice.
