The contents of this small bottle are designed to balance the meridians,automatically.

To use in the simplest way, just place the MEBT over CV6. In most cases the meridians become balanced within about 30 seconds. (Yes, sometimes it takes longer, and yes, sometimes it may not work. But, after all, that is why we do our HK the way we do! Try some balancing tapping around the thymus, too, if needed.) It might be that placement over some other area of the body will be helpful.

MEBsT also seem to help speed up the pace of corrections. By needing less time for corrections we get more work done. You can test to see where the MEBT is placed on the body during corrections. I often place it along with the Cosbat when I use those.

What is in the bottles?
